Hence, we kindly request your understanding and patience as we allocate a timeframe of a minimum of 12 weeks for the crafting and completion of these items, followed by the necessary delivery period. Shipping 

Presently, our current shipping policy does not extend to Australia Wide due to the diverse range in size and weight of our handmade pieces. Customers are encouraged to independently arrange for a freight company to facilitate the pickup of their purchased items.

For convenient accessibility, we provide an option for local pickup directly from our Chaii Living Workshop. Kindly ensure to opt for the local pickup choice during the checkout process. Moreover, we enthusiastically welcome and are fully prepared to facilitate any privately sourced freight services that our valued customers may choose to utilize.
