Please take utmost care in choosing the correct item, as any error during checkout might result in the creation of an incorrect piece. In such instances, we regret to inform you that refunds cannot be granted due to mistakes or changes of mind. It's important to note that all sales are considered final in these circumstances.

Upon receiving your order, we earnestly request a thorough inspection of the product for any potential damage. While we strive to deliver impeccable items, in the rare event of damage during transit, we kindly urge you to promptly document the damage by capturing clear photos and contacting us directly through the designated channel, providing your order details. It's essential to report any damage within 24 hours of the delivery to ensure the validity of your claim, as claims reported after this timeframe may not be considered unless prior notification has been made.

Should you encounter any dissatisfaction with the item received, we encourage you to notify us at the earliest convenience. This prompt communication enables us to explore potential solutions, such as offering an exchange or arranging for a replacement that aligns more closely with your expectations.

Refunds will not be allowed in any circumstances. 

Regrettably, custom orders cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Once a custom order is placed, our team commences the construction process and/or procures necessary materials, even if the production of the piece has not officially commenced. In cases where production hasn't initiated, we can extend a credit as an alternative. These credits retain validity for a duration of 12 months from the date of issuance and can be utilized towards future purchases encompassing furniture pieces or rendering services.

Each handmade creation is imbued with a unique touch, resulting in distinct characteristics that render every item exclusive. In alignment with this artisanal craftsmanship, we do not entertain requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges arising from a change of mind. Therefore, it's imperative to meticulously measure your space before finalizing your purchase, as we are unable to accommodate returns, refunds, or exchanges in instances where the piece doesn't align with your spatial requirements.
